Frequently asked questions
How much does wecallio cost?
Free covers the one-off demo call. Personal is €9.99 per month for 40 outgoing calls over our shared number, cancellable monthly. Companies get incoming calls and their own number: €29 for 100 calls a month, €49 for 200 or €99 for 400. We set these up by hand, so they are requested rather than booked.
Is there a free trial?
Every new account gets one demo call at no cost. The assistant rings your own mobile number and shows what it can do; no card details are needed to get that far.
Is VAT included in the price?
The prices are final prices. wecallio is operated by a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, so no VAT is shown separately.
How do I cancel?
Through the “Cancel contracts here” link in the footer of every page. It works without logging in and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
